Emily's Very Random 6th Blog-Blog

An Essay By Emily // 1/22/2009

Dear Blog-Blog readers,

I need inspiration for some writing. Will you guys, please, help me? Give me some suggestions for my next Unknown chapter. If you haven’t read it, you don’t have to read it, but I would really appreciate it if you would. Thanks if you will read it, thanks if you have read it, thanks even if you won’t read it! =]
My recommended YouTube song is “Untouched” by The Veronicas. They’re so cool! LOL. They’re kind of Goth looking, but they sing really good!
Okay, Q & A time! =]
Tamerah:
1) Q: How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?
A: I don’t know because I have absolutely no patience. =]
2) Q: When dismantling a bomb do you cut the yellow wire or the black wire?
A: I’d choose the red one that’s under all of the other wires. *giggles* And then the bomb would blow up.
3) Q: Are you happy to have single-handedly destroyed the earth?
A: Explain your question. =] I don’t get it!

Keri: .
1) Q: Why aren't roses called skunks?
A: Because when one thinks the word skunk, they think of the smelly animal, and when one thinks of roses they think of the red expensive ones in a vase at the White House [?] so yeah. As you can tell, I don’t know the answer to that question. =]
2) Q: How come coconuts grow on trees and not on bushes?
A: Because that’s the way God designed them. If they grew on bushes they would be too heavy and would fall off before they were fully ripe.
3) Q: IF there were a dragon sitting in front of you would you...
A: I would, sadly, run screaming. I would be thinking of the phrase, “If you play with fire, you will get burned.” =]

Sarah: Q: Would you choose a monkey or koala bear as a pet?
A: I’ve always wanted a koala bear. I’d have to feed it a lot, but it wouldn’t acquire attention as much as a monkey would. Koala all the way!

Paula: Q: Why do you love the Jonas brothers so much?
A: I love the Jonas Brothers because they’re talented and religious and they’re thankful for what they have unlike most stars. =]

About the dating thing, it’s no big deal to you guys because it’s an option to date or not to date, but for me it’s just a plain no. Do you see what I mean?

Anyways, I got a laptop for Christmas! It’s mainly for school work, but still!
Oh, yeah, and I’m addicted to the Twilight series. I just finished the second book, New Moon. It wasn’t as good as the first one, maybe it was the lack of Edward. =] I promise I didn’t give anything away! Don’t go angry mob on me. LOL!

Thanks you, guys!

The best friend you don’t friend,
Emily Tye

ok

okay, so the Jo Bro's got religion. Oh wow! do u know how many ppl are religious?? God doesn't want religion, which is what a lot of ppl have. That is why Christianity is so different from other faiths--okay, i'll stop. i have a lot to say on that tho. but anyways, i am NOT a religous person. i have a relationship with Jesus Christ. it is NOT a religion.
and a lot of stars, i'm sure, are thankful for what they have. audio adrenaline, kutless, steven curtis chapman...they all are thankful for what they got. and they're talented. (audio a quit singing. i never got to see them in concert. *sniffs*)
at least u didn't say they're cute also...that'd be ewwww, sick!! lol.

Listen. You know what I mean

Listen. You know what I mean by religious! I also meant that other Disney stars don't treat their fame with respect and the JoBro's do. Did you really have to trash them like that? It was really uncalled for. If you wanna talk about your hatred of the Jonas Brothers go some place else.

I'm not entirely sure what I

I'm not entirely sure what I meant by the third question anymore... It was too long ago (:
I think it was meant to be one of those questions you can answer however you want, if that makes any sense.

Tamerah | Mon, 01/26/2009

hola

Not to bring up an old subject but I don't have a choice about dating. In fact I'm not aloud to even look at a guy too approvingly until I move out. So It's a good thing that I don't care.

And now my favorite part of commenting on your blog...
Random qusetions that you always answer!!!

1) if there were three cats in front of you, would you take them home to live with you?

2)where do you stand on global warming? Do you believe that one day it will be so hot that our brains will shrivil up?

3) Have you ever fallen in love?

4) have you ever wakened in the middle of the night screaming?

5) (Last one) If you had to decide who you would marry right now and when you were old enbough to marry him couldn't change your mind, who would you pick? (and no, it can't be joe jans because it has to be somone you know personally)

somebody commented last time

somebody commented last time and asked me a question, but I guess I skipped her on accident. I'll reply to her in my next blog-blog! =]

I don't know or care much

I don't know or care much about the Jonas Brothers, but I'll admit I was very impressed when I saw a shot of them on Disney channel praying as a family before a concert.

I have hated the words and I have loved them, and I hope I have made them right. --The Book Thief

I wasn't specific on my last

I wasn't specific on my last comment about dating. When I was your age, I wanted to date. And my parents said "no" just like yours. It irritated me like crazy, let me tell you!
However, think about this for a minute for me. You date...oh, even only two or three guys. Get emotionally involved with them. Then you break up. Every time you get emotionally involved with someone, you give a piece of your heart to them. Then what happens when you meet the guy you want to marry? You only have part of a heart to give him. Wouldn't you rather have your whole heart to give him?
I know I'm glad my parents made me wait. As I grew older I began seeing the problem with dating and how difficult it is for a girl to stay emotionally pure in this culture so she has her whole heart to give to her husband. Even without dating it was a struggle.
And you know what? Now I've met the one I'm going to marry, and I'm so thankful I have my whole heart to give to him, because I love him so much. I'm so glad that I'd never become emotionally involved like I would've if I'd dated anyone else.
I've known people who have had dating work out for them but I think it's so full of pitfalls. I'm not condemning you for wanting to date. I think almost every girl (secretly or not) has this desire. However I want you to think about it for a bit, because I hate seeing girls getting their hearts broken. Would you think about this for me?

I personally have no problem

I personally have no problem with not dating. I struggle enough with giving my heart away to a boy I secretly admire without bringing dating into it.

Aw, that's so sweet, Heather. :) Tell him I think he's lucky to get you. :D

Awww. He sounds very sweet. The end of the comment he left on your last post should have been a dead giveaway to me, but it wasn't. :)
