And here we are, walking
Towards the unforgiving arms
Of our undetermined destiny
Deeply set in our refusal to
Let the world take it from us.
I really like the rhythm in this. And your word choice. It's a bit vague, but I like the personal interpretation this offers.
everything was better when/you would call and I'd be like/yeah babe, no way
thanks! The vagueness is why I didn't leave any notes. I have a very specific idea of what it means, but I wanted it to be open for interpretation :)

This is vague, but I really like it. I read it about five to ten times trying to solve the mystery... But nope! Very lovely!
"Here's looking at you, Kid"
I had my own personal interpretation of it, which is nice to have if the writer leaves it open. Really good rhythm, Erin :)
Goodbye? Oh no, please. Can’t we just go back to page one and start all over again?” – Winnie The Pooh
The rhythm is perfect. Do you care to tell me your very specific interpretation? I think there are many different ways you could look at it, but I'm very curious to yours.

@Megan: well, since my life has currently been revolving around college admissions, I has this vision of the day that graduate from a university an the feeling of uncertainty and excitement associated with that.
Ohh! What are you going to major/minor in? If you're willing to tell me, that is. :)
My current planned major is Linguistics :) I want to eventually become a teacher (funny, since I was homeschooled, huh? lol). I'm also thinking about minoring or possibly double majoring in Film Studies. Or I may double major with linguistics and creative writing. I have so many interests, I just want to do everything!
Wow, I just realized how many typos my first reply had.....smart phones are not smart. The day that *I* graduate *and* the feelings associated with that. Lol.
