The Secret Place

A poem by Anna | 4/7/2008

Let us rule in places fair
Come along, the road is wide.
Our hearts are brave, our cloaks are made,
Our horses saddled; wave goodbye.

Let me take you far away
I’ll bear you to the stars.
We’ll travel by a road of rainbows
Paved by morning dawn.

Roses then will be our guides,
Clouds our beds for sleep,
Trees and sky our closest friends,
If you just follow me.

Are you wierd? (you'll grow out of it)

A poem by Velocity | 1/24/2008

Do you ever feel crazy?
Like your friends always say?
Do you ever wonder why…
You’re weird in dismay?
Are you really outgoing?
Do you talk too much?
Do you hang on their shoulder…

Take my poor pastor for example.

Goodbye

A poem by Velocity | 10/12/2007

"Good bye."
You said to your loved one.
"See you."
You said to your friend.
"Farewell."
You said to your relatives.

You never wished that it would be the end.

"I love you"
You wished you had said to that special person.
"Call me"
to your friend.
"Write to me"
You wanted to tell your relatives.

You wanted to tell them they meant somthing to you. Before it had to end.
