Sea so Deep

A poem by Bernadette | 7/16/2008

The night so fair
Wind so cool
Deep waves of sea

The sky, the sea
Deep blue
Rushing sound
Of waves
Gusting
Wind

The wave’s lapping shore
Tide pulls in
As sun rises
Over peaks
Of blue seas
Shall endure the morn.

To wander amidst the air so cold, and mope.

Twisting and turning they reach out with cold hands
Through quiet towns and misty lands

was hit by a windstorm with 80mph
winds, and 100mph gusts.
Power went out, and now, almost 40
hrs later, some parts of town still have no power.
Take my poor pastor for example.
